Situated 25 minutes from Cannes and Nice Airport near to the town of Grasse and set in a romantic and well planted terraced garden with a variety of Mediterranean flowers, shrubs and many fruit trees. The house and gardens cover approx 4000sq.m, face southeast and west with approximately 206sq.m of living space with unusually large and bright rooms.

This romantic old three storey 18th century bastide is set in a peaceful and beautiful old garden set over five terraces. The house sleeps 9/10 people in five double bedrooms. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bath). The ground floor has an entrance hall leading to an inner hall from which lead off the Salon, dining room and kitchen. At the end of the inner hall there is a utility area in which there is a washing machine and dryer. The stairs also lead up from the inner hall.

The maison des amis is a self contained annexe with a double bedroom with twin beds, bathroom and sitting/dining/kitchen and gives room for another 2 people/staff.

The house is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and glass for 12 + people. There is full bed linen and bathroom towels, and hairdryers and trouser press are also available. Bathing towels are not provided. The pool house is separately equipped with crockery, cutlery and glass. It also has a dishwasher and fridge.

A maid is provided four times a week included in the rental and also a gardener and pool maintenance man.
