July and August £4,000 per week
June and September £3,000 per week
Other months by negotiation

To secure the dates you require, 50% of total rent is payable at time of booking.

The remainder of the rent is due 3 weeks before the commencement of the booking, together with a 10% refundable deposit.

Upon receipt of this final payment, we will then send you detailed instructions to the house, together with advice and information on the property, and a set of keys, alarm and electric gate controls.
